I WILL

I will set high goals and word hard to achieve them.

MY THOUGHTS

While all successful students develop specific strategies, there isn't one study/learning skill that works for every person all the time.

This is true because how you learn is as individual as you are.

Therefore, it is important to know a few things not only about good learning/study strategies, but also about yourself.

By focusing on your needs as a learner, how you learn, and specific learning strategies, you will have the opportunity to take more responsibility for your learning, spend more effective time studying, select the best approach for each task, monitor your comprehension, and evaluate your progress.

Being a successful student is more than going to class and doing homework.

All of these activities are critical to successful learning.

This is how we maxsimise our potential!

To our basic knowledge...
Gracious means courteous,friendly,favorable.

Healthy means enjoying good health or a sound and vigorous mentality.
It means prosperous,hale,hearty and robust.

Lifestyle means the style of living that reflects the attitudes,habits,tastes,moral standards,economic level of a person.

Every time, our principal, Mrs Chan will always tell us to be more GRACIOUS! As we are an all-girls' school.

In our opinion, I feel that every woman is gracious in her own way. I think that every one should keep a healthy diet to control their weight to become more strong and healthy. I f a person wants to have a gracious and healthy lifestyle, they should try to change their bad habits and attitudes,set values for themselves to follow.

How to uphold justice as a mere student?
We will have the moral courage to speak up when we see something wrong
We will be impartial even when the odd are against me
We will treat everyone equally regardless of their status, race, religion or class.
We will not do things that will hurt others even if it benefits us

So what is freedom?
Freedom is the ability to act consciously, in a well-balanced manner and with self control in a given constructive direction.
the right or the capacity of self-determination as an expression of the individual will.

My thoughts:People should have freedom but must not have complete freedom

to have complete freedom that means you can kill people freely without getting trouble from the law.
I think that parents should not give their children too much freedom
if you give them too much they might get out of hand
but freedom is important too
if a teenager don't even have the little right for freedom
she might hate her parents or think that her parents treat her like a child
You might think everyday you saw birds
and think that they must be very good
as they have freedom as they fly freely in the sky.

I will speak the truth though it may hurt.
I will not cheat or copy.
I will not tell tales.
I will have the humility to admit my mistakes when I am wrong.
MY THOUGHTS
Truth is not a feeling.
Truth is not an idea.
The truth is found in the Bible.
The cults are wrong because they do not have the truth.
That is, they have a false understanding of God the Father, of God the Son, of the Holy Spirit, and the work of Christ on the Cross.
Because they are in error in these things, they are in error concerning the doctrine of salvation.
Sincerity and good works do not bridge the gap of sin between God and man.
Only the blood of Jesus can cleanse a person (Heb. 9:22; John 14:6).
Sincerity and good works are merely the reliance upon what is in the individual to merit favor with God.
Sincerity is a form of pride when it is appealed to as a justification for being accepted by God: "But God, look at my heart. See how sincere I was? I deserve to be in heaven."
No.
If sincerity and good works were good enough to satisfy God, then He wouldn't have given us the Bible to correct our sincerely wrong ideas, and He wouldn't have sent His Son to do what our good works cannot.
Truth is what God says is true.
The truth is important not because it is simply true.
It is important because truth is what defines who and what we believe in.
Is Jesus the brother of the devil as in Mormonism?
Is he an angel who became a man?
Or, is He the creator of the universe, second person of the Trinity?
Only one is right.
Faith is vital.
But faith placed in something false is the same as having no faith at all.
Faith is only as good as the object in which it is placed.
That is why it is important to have the true Jesus.
The one of the Bible, not the one of Mormonism, nor the one of the Jehovah's Witnesses.

Jenny was so happy about the house they had found.
For once in her life 'twas on the right side of town.
She unpacked her things with such great ease.
As she watched her new curtains blow in the breeze.
How wonderful it was to have her own room.
School would be starting, she's have friends over soon.
There'd be sleep-overs, and parties: she was so happy.
It's just the way she wanted her life to be.
On the first day of school, everything went great.
She made new friends and even got a date.
She thought, "I want to be popular and I'm going to be.Because I just got a date with the star of the team!"
To be known in this school you had to have a clout.
And dating this guy would sure help her out.
There was only one problem stopping her fate.
Her parents had said she was too young to date.
"Well, I just won't tell them the entire truth.They won't know the difference: what's there to lose?"
Jenny asked to stay with her friends that night.
Her parents frowned but said, "All right."
Excited, she got ready for the big event.
But as she rushed around like she had no sense,she began to feel guilty about all the lies,but what's a pizza, a party, and a moonlight ride?
Well the pizza was good, and the party was great.
But the moonlight ride would have to wait.
For Jeff was half drunk by this time.
But he kissed her and said that he was just fine.
Then the room filled with smoke and Jeff took a puff.
Jenny couldn't believe he was smoking that stuff.
Now Jeff was ready to ride to the point.
But only after he'd smoked another joint.
They jumped in the car for the moonlight ride.
Not thinking that he was too drunk to drive.
They finally made it to the point at last.
And Jeff started trying to make a pass.
A pass is not what Jenny wanted at all(and by a pass, I don't mean playing football).
"Perhaps my parents were right....maybe I am too young.Boy, how could I ever, ever be so dumb."
With all of her might, she pushed Jeff away.
"Please take me home, I don't want stay."
Jeff cranked up the engine and floored the gas.
In a matter of seconds they were going too fast.
As Jeff drove on in a fit of wild anger,Jenny knew that her life was in danger.
She begged and pleaded for him to slow down,
But he just got faster as they neared the town.
"Just let me get home!I'll confess that I lied.I really went out for a moonlight ride."
Then all of a sudden, she saw a big flash.
"Oh God, Please help us! We're going to crash!"
She doesn't remember the force of impact.
Just that everything all of a sudden went black.
She felt someone remove her from the twisted rubble,
And heard, "Call an ambulance! These kids are in trouble!"
Voices she heard...a few words at best.
But she knew there were two cars involved in the wreck.
Then wondered to herself if Jeff was all right,
And if the people in the other car were alive.
She awoke in the hospital to faces so sad."You've been in a wreck and it looks pretty bad."
These voices echoed inside her head,
As they gently told her that Jeff was dead.
They said "Jenny, we've done all we can do.But it looks as if we'll lose you too."
"But the people in the other car?" Jenny cried.
"We're sorry, Jenny, they also died."
Jenny prayed, "God, forgive me for what I've done.I only wanted to have just one night of fun.Tell those people's family, I've made their lives dim,And wish I could return their families to them."
"Tell Mom and Dad I'm sorry I lied,And that it's my fault so many have died.Oh, nurse, won't you please tell them that for me?"The nurse just stood there-she never agreed.
But took Jenny's hand with tears in her eyes.
And a few moments later Jenny died.
A man asked the nurse, "Why didn't you do you best,
To bid that girl her one last request?"
She looked at the man with eyes oh so sad.
"Because the people in the other car were her mom and dad."
This story is sad and unpleasant but true,
So young people take heed, it could have been you.

Installing LoveTech Support: Yes, ... how can I help you?
Customer: Well, after much consideration, I've decided to install Love. Can you guide me through the process?
Tech Support: Yes. I can help you. Are you ready to proceed?
Customer: Well, I'm not very technical, but I think I'm ready. What do I do first?
Tech Support: The first step is to open your Heart. Have you located your Heart?
Customer: Yes, but there are several other programs running now. Is it okay to install Love while they are running?
Tech Support: What programs are running ?
Customer: Let's see, I have Past Hurt, Low Self-Esteem, Grudge and Resentment running right now.
Tech Support: No problem, Love will gradually erase Past Hurt from your current operating system. It may remain in your permanent memory but it will no longer disrupt other programs. Love will eventually override Low Self-Esteem with a module of its own called High Self-Esteem. However, you have to completely turn off Grudge and Resentment. Those programs prevent Love from being properly installed. Can you turn those off ?
Customer: I don't know how to turn them off. Can you tell me how?
Tech Support: With pleasure. Go to your start menu and invoke Forgiveness. Do this as many times as necessary until Grudge and Resentment have been completely erased.
Customer: Okay, done! Love has started installing itself. Is that normal?
Tech Support: Yes, but remember that you have only the base program. You need to begin connecting to other Hearts in order to get the upgrades.
Customer: Oops! I have an error message already. It says, "Error - Program not run on external components." What should I do?
Tech Support: Don't worry. It means that the Love program is set up to run on Internal Hearts, but has not yet been run on your Heart. In non-technical terms, it simply means you have to Love yourself before you can Love others.
Customer: So, what should I do?
Tech Support: Pull down Self-Acceptance; then click on the following files: Forgive-Self; Realize Your Worth; and Acknowledge your Limitations.
Customer: Okay, done.
Tech Support: Now, copy them to the "My Heart" directory. The system will overwrite any conflicting files and begin patching faulty programming. Also, you need to delete Verbose Self-Criticism from all directories and empty your Recycle Bin to make sure it is completely gone and never comes back.
Customer: Got it. Hey! My heart is filling up with new files. Smile is playing on my monitor and Peace and Contentment are copying themselves all over My Heart. Is this normal?
Tech Support: Sometimes. For others it takes awhile, but eventually everything gets it at the proper time. So Love is installed and running. One more thing before we hang up. Love is Freeware. Be sure to give it and its various modules to everyone you meet. They will in turn share it with others and return some cool modules back to you.
Customer: Thank You!

1 John 4: 18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear because fear has to do with punishment, and so one who fears is not yet perfect in love.
I could easily understand that with Love there could be no fear but I couldn't understand how to Love God and Fear God when each drives out the other. I have been on a 27 year search to understand this paradoxical mystery, because over and over again Sacred Scripture says:
Revelations 14: 7 He said in a loud voice, "Fear God and give him glory, for his time has come to sit in judgment. Worship him who made heaven and earth and sea and springs of water."
Tobit 4: 21 Do not be discouraged, my child, because of our poverty. You will be a rich man if you fear God, avoid all sin, and do what is right before the Lord your God."
Ecclesiastics 7: 29 With all your soul, fear God, revere his priests.
1 Peter 2: 17 Give honor to all, love the community, fear God, honor the king.
Because of the many Scriptural exhortations to "Fear God" and because of how insistent and inviting these commands are, it is obvious that it is a requirement. I just could not reconcile with any reasonable degree of satisfaction the conflict between fearing God and loving Him with all of my heart, body, mind, and soul. Again, to me love and fear were impossible to reconcile. They are worse than oil and water. Separation seemed to be required.

I have been taught that in these scriptures the meaning of fear is different from the meaning of fear in the other passages. I considered this many times and in many ways. Most of these suggest that fear mean to honor or to respect, though I can never remember honoring or respecting anyone the created fear. I fear "cars and their drivers" and out of fearful respect give them a lots of distance. This fear does create respect it does not create hate nor does it create love and honor. Respectful distance is not what I want from a relationship with God. I can not think of the relationship between God and Jesus as one of respectful distance. I fear poisonous snakes. I nearly jump out of my skin when I suddenly come upon one. This type of fear of God would also be of respect, and it would create an even greater distance between my self and God.
It was acceptable but it was not satisfying.

I began to consider the requirement to "Fear God" with renewed enthusiasm when I changed from thinking about the behavior of fear to the structure of fear. The structure of fear is discovered by taking the experience of fear and learning how a person creates fear in their mind. As I began to unpack the structure of fear I learned that it requires the "thing" I fear to be placed above my head, just behind the back of my head looming just out of knowing. The "thing" I fear takes the most important or most critical position in my mind by becoming all consuming and all important and unknown, just like God.
Fearing God is placing God in the most important place in my mind.
